Refund Policy.
Please read our refund policy carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights and our obligations to you.
We will accept product returns where:

the product is faulty or the product is not fit for the purpose goods of that kind are commonly bought; and

the product does not match the sample or description advertised on the Tadpole Tennis website.
It is important to note that specific refund conditions apply to product returns and product categories such as Items 1, 2 and 3 below.
1. Tennis Equipment
If there is any defect in the product on receipt by you, then it may be returned to us for a refund at that time. Please send the defective goods, complete with any instruction manuals and all accessories back to us with the following details:

Your name and address

Original order number

The reason for the return of the goods
We reserve our right to assess the condition and age of all returned goods prior to offering a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.
2. Personalised Products
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange any personalised products such as Tadpole Tennis stationery.
3. Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, we will offer a refund or exchange when the products are returned to us in a resalable condition. However, please note that we cannot refund or exchange personalised products as outlined in Item 2 above.
If you are in any way unsatisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 7 days from receipt of goods.
